Easy Baked Peaches

This simple and quick recipe is perfect for a quick summer-inspired treat! No need to go through the hassle of baking a peach pie from scratch. These baked peaches with cinnamon sugar will hit the spot!

  • 1 Baking Sheet or Pan
  • 1 Tin Foil or Parchment Paper
  • 1 Oven
  • 1 Bowl and Whisk


  • 3 Large Ripe Peaches
  • 1-2 tbsp Salted Butter
  • 2 tbsp Light Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon


  • Preheat your oven to 375? and line your baking sheet with tin foil or parchment paper.
  • Slice your fresh peaches in half and remove the pits. Place them onto the baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
  • Add about 3/4 teaspoon of butter in the middle of each peach.
  • Whisk the cinnamon and brown sugar together in a bowl. Then sprinkle the mixture on top of each peach.
  • Place pan into the oven and bake for 10-13 minutes until they are soft and golden in color.
  • Top with vanilla ice cream and caramel drizzle if you'd like and enjoy!
